Hope Church Rhondda have been planting a new congregation in Trebanog, an isolated community at the top of a hill in the Rhondda Valley in South Wales. After months of praying and planning, Sunday services began in a local community centre in January 2024.
The Lauderdale Trust has enabled our church planting team in Trebanog to be effectively resourced as we seek to reach the local council estate with the love of Jesus. It has been a joy building relationships and developing trust in the community and we are starting to see the first fruits of discipleship beginning to emerge. We couldn’t have got this far without the support of the Lauderdale Trust.
