Truth Be Told is an intergenerational storytelling charity, tackling loneliness and isolation with the hope of the gospel.
We have continued to support Karen as she runs an ESOL group in Bournemouth with refugees and asylum seekers. This group is very popular with the attendees and Karen is looking at how to grow the team to handle the increased attendance. We have been able to partner with two churches in Birmingham as they reach out to the community around them. This has included delivering training and commissioning them to get up and running!
We’ve produced resources to enable our storytellers to encourage a continued sharing of the stories and encourage literacy both with the songs and stories.
