Chaplaincy Derbyshire equips, trains and supports Christian chaplains in a number of different sectors across Derbyshire. Funding from The Lauderdale Trust supports Derbyshire Rural Chaplaincy staff, who offer spiritual and pastoral support to the agricultural and rural community.
Since our last update, we’ve held our summer on-farm social event in June attended by around 250 farmers, our Harvest Supper just a couple of weeks ago with around 140 people, and between these two events we have had a busy summer attending agricultural shows, holding our own monthly short services, and supporting rural church services.
